High Powered Vacuum System
Our HEPA-AIRE Power Vacuums make it possible to perform air duct and complete HVAC system cleaning in all types of structures from hospitals to commercial high-rises and industrial buildings. These HEPA- filtered systems have the power to place large sections of an air duct network under negative pressure, pull dislodged contaminates out of the system and safely capture them. Our backward-curved blowers and perfectly matched high-efficiency motors provide up to twice the vacuum power of other systems. DRYMORE has the flexibility needed to access and clean air handling ventilation systems on the first or fifty-first floor.
Plus, true HEPA filters with 99.97% or greater efficiency ensure that only "hospital grade pure air is released back into the building.
Agitation Devices
It is necessary to dislodge the dirt and debris before it can be thoroughly removed from the air ducts. DRYMORE's uses a unique line of agitation devices to remove caked on dirt and debris from inside all types of air duct surfaces including duct board, lined duct, flex duct, and metal duct. Our unique Power Brush System, Power Whip, and Power Rod Systems are specially designed for commercial air duct and entire HVAC system cleaning.
The Power Brush System provides superior duct cleaning performance using specially designed rotary brushes and compressed air to safely remove dirt, debris, and other contaminates from all ductwork surfaces. We carry a full line of rotary brushes for power agitation that are color coded to tackle the most durable to the most fragile duct material encountered in commercial air duct cleaning.
DRYMORE's Power Whip System is a 20 foot long, bi-directional drive cable powered by a heavy duty electric drive unit. Whip straps, and special duct brushes attached to the end of the power whip provide aggressive agitation inside the duct system. The unique Power Rod System is a versatile device using compressed air to remove dirt and debris that has firmly adhered to the air duct surfaces. The Power Rod System blasts compressed air through the flexible rods to create a whipping action that scrubs every square inch of the ductwork in a variety of duct types and configurations.
Digital Video Inspection System
We use a digital video inspection system that allows us to effectively inspect commercial HVAC systems and send the results directly to your computer. You are able to see the condition of the system, and we can even diagnose other problems in difficult to access HVAC components, such as the coils and heat exchangers. The Digital Inspection System also allows you to see for yourself the results of the HVAC system cleaning.
Other Equipment
A few of the many other pieces of equipment we use in commercial air duct cleaning are the wet-dry HEPA vacuums, and high pressure washers. HEPA vacuums are used in areas of the HVAC system that are large enough for the technicians to enter, and also to clean components such as the coils and fans.
High pressure washers are generally used on coils where air washing, contact vacuuming, and low pressure washing are not sufficient to properly remove the debris.
